By clicking an Enroll button on this page, I understand that the College will use email as the primary method of communication with me concerning notification of information about policy changes, my status in the program, etc. I agree and consent to the College for Financial Planning sharing my email address with instructors and other students in my classes for educational purposes. I also understand that it is my responsibility to keep the College informed of changes to my email address, mailing address, and phone numbers.
Furthermore, I have read, understand, and agree to all the policies and procedures stated in the catalog, and on the Web site of the College for Financial Planning, Inc., including but not limited to those relating to admission requirements, fees, sales tax, refund policy, updating of study materials, the Privacy Policy, examinations and testing activity, length of enrollment, and completion requirements.
This program provides you with a thorough knowledge of mutual funds and their various uses as investment vehicles. As a graduate of the program, you can approach mutual funds with a new understanding and confidence, as well as having the ability to communicate that confidence to your clients.
The College for Financial Planning awards the CMFC designation to students who successfully complete the program, pass the final examination, sign a code of ethics commitment and fill out a declaration form. Students must sign and return the ethics and declaration forms within six months of passing the final exam. Disclosures made on the declaration form are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, depending on the nature of the disclosure, may impact a student’s eligibility to be awarded the designation. Successful students receive a certificate and are granted the right to use the designation on correspondence and business cards.
